Hello, I'm Nils Bjørnsen.
I was born and raised in the picturesque town of Skagen at the northern tip of Denmark. My parents owned the local bakery "Havets Brød" (Bread of the Sea), where I learned from a young age to appreciate quality products and the art of customer service.
After school, I enrolled at the University of Copenhagen, where I studied hotel and restaurant business. This was a time when I deepened my knowledge in management and marketing in the hospitality industry.
My career began in Copenhagen, where I quickly advanced to managerial positions, working as a manager in well-known restaurants like "Nordisk" and "Bølgen" (The Wave). These establishments were known for their innovative approaches to Scandinavian cuisine and management.
Then I went to work abroad, holding positions as a manager and consultant in restaurants across Europe, including in Paris and Berlin. In each place, I endeavored to implement principles of sustainability and innovation in management.
After returning to Denmark, I decided to use my international experience and knowledge to help others achieve success in the restaurant business. This led me to start my activity in restaurant consulting, focusing on sustainable development and efficient management practices. My blog is my platform for sharing knowledge and strategies, tested by years of practice and international experience.
